Cidermaker’s Choice is a small batch cider using experimental blends or rare apple varieties. Batch 4 - Russeted Blend - is a dry cider made with several russeted apple varieties including Ashmead's Kernel, Golden Russet, Roxbury Russet, Razor Russet and Pomme Gris. Russeted apple varieties are known for their unique cidermaking properties, and are called Russeted as their appearance resembles that of a potato. 

Flavor: This cider drinks dry, and is tart with fruity and floral notes rounded out by flavors of almond and caramel.
